Soraya has a focus on anxiety and depression, stress management, conflict resolution, anger management, phobias, gender identity, and chronic pain. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused therapies with many clients. Soraya believes that as each client begins at their own pace, Soraya is able to follow the client and use appropriate therapeutic interventions to the benefit of each individual. It is important that each individual that comes into a session feels comfortable and safe to share their world with the therapist. Soraya believes that as long as the client feels comfortable, then the counselling process can be helpful and fulfilling.

Jen has been working with people who experience mental health and substance use challenges for the past 15 years. With a broad range of experiences spanning the country, the foundation of her practice is rooted in harm reduction and self-determination. Jen sees recovery as an individual journey: an ever-adapting process which evolves as your life changes and your goals become clearer. Building strong therapeutic relationships complement this process, and Jen works to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for her clients to feel comfortable in sharing their stories with her.
